α付き動画を吐き出すAviWriter

所要で作ったので。先日、C#でbitmapをaviに変換するためにAviWriterというコンポーネントを見つけたのを、32bitのARGBの出力用に少しいじりました。Openの時に、24と32が指定出来ます。分かる人はどうぞどうぞ。
